I don’t list the most homes, have a Rolodex down to my knees, or belong to the yacht club. But I do know real estate.

I pride myself on knowing Fort Lauderdale’s market both commercial and residential. I study what’s available, what’s selling, what’s sitting and why. I want to understand the numbers, the properties and the opportunities that deserve a closer look.

Through my education, legal studies and business ventures, I’ve learned that it’s hard to beat obsession. And anyone who knows me knows I’m obsessed.

As a Realtor with Fidelity Real Estate LLC, developer and practicing attorney, I bring different perspectives to the same question: Does this deal make sense for you? Then I put in the work to help you answer it.

My development work includes residential waterfront spec projects, where I’m involved in construction budgets, contractor payment reviews and project coordination. That experience keeps me grounded in what it takes to turn a property’s potential into something real.

My legal practice includes real estate, business matters, contracts and civil litigation. It has taught me to question assumptions, pay attention to the paperwork and address issues early. When legal representation is needed, we establish that through a separate engagement.

I also believe in picking up the phone. You deserve someone who knows your priorities, tells you what they think, and stays involved as the deal moves forward.

Outside work, I volunteer with the Doberman Rescue League in Pompano Beach. Helping dogs get a second chance means a lot to me. Dobermans can look intimidating, but so many are affectionate, loyal dogs who simply need patience and a good home. They remind me how much you can miss when you judge only by appearances.

Let’s Talk.

If you’re buying, selling or considering an investment, let’s talk. Bring me an address, an idea or a question. That’s where the work starts.
